2. Lip Loosening- Blow your lips making the sound of a motorboat. Go up a scale.
3. Yawn- making yourself yawn will stretch the muscles in your mouth.
4. Making Faces- Make retarded faces to further stretch the muscles in your face.
5. Take both of your thumbs and place them under your jaw and massage the area. ( above your Adam’s apple. Soft area under the tongue)
Locating Natural Pitch.
1. Close your lips and hum Umm- hmm. Make sure that you feel a tingling in you lips. Now count to 20 by humming. (Ex. umm-hmm one, umm-hmm two….umm-hmm twenty) Make sure that you say the numbers in the same pitch as the umm-hmm. This pitch is your middle range. All your resonators will work equally. Learn to speak at this pitch. This is the pitch that will give your perfect voice.
